What are you Listening To Right Now? - and more

Fun....maybe. I still need to tear into a trans to see why it isn't shifting right....I think the rooster head and roller spring are wore out. Only way to get one is find it on the Bay cause no one rebuilds em anymore. So will see....I know he has the jet boat and his Chevy truck he wants done too.

Jet boats are an endless money pit of issues , fun when they work but not vary practical for alot of boating activities.

I have a couple of albums on cd. For a few years in the early 2000s I was really into prog and Dream Theater and all their various side projects. I haven't listened to OSI in quite a long while. I need to revisit those cds. Thanks for bringing them up.

Nice , I have the special edition of office of strategic influence cd. Bought it when it first came out , two discs and there is some video stuff on one of them as well as I remember. Got to find it and spin it today.

This is true....it is a toy....and he has enough $$$ to deal with anything that comes up....right now it is just a battery issue. I need to change filters and drain the old fuel...but it should be good to go. These old helicopter engines run like tops.

picked up the receivers yesterday and on the side he had a Yamaha p-200 just sitting. asked if I was interested only wanted 100 bucks and it has a new stylist and was cleaned so what the heck. so if any one needs a cheep tt let me know. Works good. View attachment 3831303

I know what you mean about picking up stuff , I didn't really need a TT but this Sony came up on MP and I just went and grabbed it not quite as clean as yours , no dust cover , has a Grado MF3 cartridge , works but needs a small adjustment ,automatic / direct drive , couldn't pass for $50 but then he let me have it for $40

That would have probably made my experience with my buddies jet boat better , it had a 490 Ford in it , most of them around here run 350 or 454 Chevys.

10 Summoner's Tales is a great set of recordings
- recorded in one of the rooms in his estate
- This is a very clean upload from a VHS tape 360P
- My Pioneer receiver upscaler likes it, but not sharp enough to read the model off the Sony Headphones

Wood walls, high ceiling est 10M , rectangle shape irregular walls
- some of the walls are stone and glass aka live
Carpet is a biggie

Full video on DVD was unobtainium, then was up on YT
Pirated from Laser Disc

Also a DTS CD version
Audio English: DTS 5.1 (96kHz, 24-bit)

Top male recording artist and song writer, IMHO

Bought this for $75 on marketplace, looks in good shape and is supposed to be working good. Got my brother to pick it up for me as it was closer to where he lives. I’ll try to go grab it soon.
Technics SL-D2 , the hinges are functional which is a plus. I have a SL-D3 and really like it, I think their basically the same with the SL-D3 have the repeat feature att.rFfrFW6TNzAU2d1MiLjd-7-A6eUYKG6TcwpHex9k8N4.png.jpeg

Those D series TTs are beasts!!! I have a D2 that has given me minor speed issues that were fixed in minutes. Runs and runs and runs....:bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:
