Had an appointment this morning so I'll start them tonight again , was being a little sarcastic , didn't really sleep last night but I nodded a few times

I'm waiting to hear back on my zepbound script , when I was on it before I slept pretty decent , not sure I like these sleeping pills , they help but I pay for it all morning.

I noticed you had the RX-D plan as do I..
I got a notification today that the plan cost is going up 60 plus dollars a month next year and that the deductible is doubling.
Bad news, I hope I read it wrong!

I gave up
go to bed between 10-11 pm

Wake between 3:30 and 4am
Do all the housekeeping stuff and feed myself.

During the day I usually sleep 2-3 hrs to make up the difference
looking at all the little animals in my yard, this is the same schedule
Fortunately , I am not scheduled most of the time.

Wow. Read in the news that some kid at my old high school ended up gassing himself and shutting down the school for a couple of days.

And people wonder why I never went to any school reunions… back in my day Benson was a magnet technical school you had to qualify to get into; I used to say, “The school was filled with the smartest dumb people or the dumbest smart people I ever met - including the staff.” (An exaggeration, but still… ).
