kind of a drag. these 3 pieces are supposed to be the same color. part numbers on the rear all end with "bk". jvc black of this era has a gold cast to the black but at least they are supposed to all be the same.

Found this Philips DVD recorder at local thrift. I think it's a good looking transport & sounds good as a player as well.
