What are you Listening To Right Now? - and more

i have no explanation. i got that from a few clients. it also turns up regularly in the newspaper in the health section.
might even be psychosomatic.
id not expect an immediate response.maybe reevaluate after a couple weeks.
a lot of my clients are diabetic and suffer varying degrees of neuropathy.
some say there is a level of grab that is helpful to the foot. like low grab socks. some need a more stable shoe, which most times,is going to wrap around the foot and give some mild compression.
some people like tiger balm
it's a journey to find what works for you.
Well as you know, the nerves are damaged, so the majority of the pain and burning is internal, but my skin is on fire most of the time as well... I'm on massive doses of Gabopentin and Cymbalta, which I guess helps- I wouldn't like to be without them I'm quite sure... For topicals I apply a hemp-based ointment, with MSM and a multitude of other chemicals I can't remember right now... after that absorbs I liberally apply 5% Lidocaine cream, and this combo (depending on the day) seems to quiet the flaming feet somewhat, but the underlying nerve damage is permanent, and is always getting worse... all this when my numbers are reading pretty good! So as I have nothing to lose I'll try it, but I suspect this is an old wive's tail... but if you know of results like that, that is significant... I have found what you say about the "grab" to be true, and I usually wear crocs around the house, and everywhere to be exact... I have thought of trying Tiger Balm, as I have some, but yet to try it... it really sucks... :(

A bar of soap??? That sounds like voodoo to me... lol What am I to do with the soap? Please splain Lucy? :dunno:
1. rub it all over yourself
2. wipe yourself with a towel
3. rinse off with plenty of water
4. take your clothes off
5. go about your day like normal, but better go out to get the mail after dark. I don't remember why, but after dark seems important.

I sometimes get the steps out of order. So, you should probably read the wrapper. If there's an address on the wrapper, don't go there. They won't let you in. Well, they might let you in before step 4.
