UGH, so we have to take Charlotte and Benji in to see the vet today. I absolutely hate taking them in as they are older and have HCM. They both rebound well, but its a stressful event for them. I gave them some gabapentin this morning at 930, and will give them another squirt of it at 1pm just so they are good and relaxed prior to going.

They both had some issues a few weeks back and we need to do a quick check up, simple blood work and we need to have Benji ex-rayed to see if he has any fluid in his lungs. I don't think he has any as I have been giving him his Lasix daily and his breathing has gone back to normal. He is acting totally fine and playing and back to normal so i just hate to cause him any stress. They are getting up in age so It worries me to add stress to there hearts when they already have HCM.

We know they are in the final stages of life so we want to make it the best we can for them. Just really hard for us, they are the 1st pets i have ever really bonded with. I did not even know i was a cat person until I got them. Hard to believe that it was almost 17 years ago now. I can honestly say they have changed my life for the better.

Just cant wait for their appointment to be over and have them home relaxing with me. Ill probably be up till 2-3am this evening just monitoring them making sure they rebound properly, and listening to music. In for a long day.

Good luck with your dogs!

I've gone through 3 pairs of dogs over the years. Had to put 4 to sleep. It's never easy, but it's the right thing to do.

I have not smoked or had a gummy in months, last week or the week prior I placed an order at Caliva for some Vape Cartridges, and I had not vaped in a few months as well.

The carts were delivered and I noticed that one of them was a different style 510, the threads were correct but the actual cart was super fat and would not fit into my battery. So i had to use a different battery. I should have known something was up as the cart itself was 2x thicker than a standard one. No element in the middle of the cart either.

Got it all set up and took a rip from it and about fell over, this thing hits like a damn 6 foot bong rip. Had my head spinning instantly. I keep a fan in my window when i vape as i dont want the smell lingering in my living room, I look over to the fan and it looked like my house was spewing smoke out the window. whoever designed that style of cart really wanted all that smoke. Was just shocked at how much smoke was generated from a little cart.

They are cats :) But thank you!!

We are not looking to put them to sleep at all, they are still doing well. Just walking a fine line with there heart issues. Its controlled by medication but meds can affect the kidneys. So they have to get checked to ensure their meds are the right dosages.
