Great bunch of folks here and certainly a diverse array of tunes to dip your toes into in all sorts of genres.
 
This came up in my YouTube feed the other day. I do feel that at times in other videos he can come across a bit pompous. I generally don't allocate percentages to different parts of my audio set up. However when I looked at my vinyl set-up and what I spent at the time of purchase of each item my spenditures was reasonably close percentage wise to his suggestions. I combined his percentages for the turntable and tonearm.

Ya it’s turned into one of my favourites the last few years. You get a peek at some systems and some good music ideas, and shoot the breeze a bit.

Like you said, so many of these are rather pompous, and I think I know what I'm doing, so I avoid these blurbs... :)
