IIRC, there's a Sansui Definitive Series integrated (possibly an AU-9900) as the amp, and a Marantz tuner of some sort. Don't remember seeing the turntable, oddly enough.
Edit: Tried a screen cap from my Divx file, and PSP doesn't seem to like doing caps from this type. But, the amp doesn't match a AU-9900 or an 11000. But it doesn't look like a Mac either.
The cassette is a Nak, there's a tube amp of some sort, and a few other pieces in there that I have no clue about.

And all purchased or borrowed for the film at one of my audio-haunts, Chicago's Decibel Hi Fi, where I bought my own Sansui...a 9090db. They also sell High Fidelity T-shirts, I believe.
Is the Marantz tuner a 150? Looks like it might have too few buttons on the right side (5 instead of 6?) hard to tell on Youtube, and I don't have the movie handy.
Decibel is a good place, with good people. One of the guys working there let me borrow his Dynaco SCA-135 after talking to me for only about 1/2 an hour, when I was just discovering tubes. I've bought a number of things from them, including an SAE integrated amp that was my re-introduction to vintage after being into home theater for a decade or more. I'm curious if they have a list of what they used in that movie.
The neighborhood that High Fidelity took place in (Wicker Park) has changed dramatically in recent years. The baby strollers have moved in, and all the hipsters left or are leaving for less gentrified areas with cheaper rent. There's still a great record store there (reckless) and apparently a new one opened up three doors down. The actual record store in High Fidelity (the interior shots) was or is down by Wrigley Field, in a different neighborhood. I'm not sure if it's still there or not.
