What brand is this speaker? Please help

I was offered this speaker for $40 and I have no idea what brand this company is and how do the sound. Please let me know if you have any idea what this speaker is. I am planning to pick them up this evening.

It looks to be an Infinity speaker based on the badge in the picture. I could be wrong though.

First i know little to nothing about infinitys (infinities?) in general.
My first thought on looking was they were infinitys as well. After searching infinitys, I don't feel the logo matches quite right and i couldn't match up an image. As Ds said, i could be wrong but i don't think they're infinitys now I see some kind of tweeter up top with a woofer just beneath and then 2 ports going down behind grill (this might be a reach?) I am stumped though.

SoundTech makes garden variety PA speakers. Google Images doesn't show any home speakers in the first hundred or so images. And they all use SoundTech or ST as a badge/logo.

So this is weird.

I would recommend listening to them before buying. And make sure each of the drivers work. Take off the grilles, look for foam rot and make sure drivers all match.
