What do you have a tendency to criticize but don't actually mind much of?

For me, it's Politics. It's just a bunch of old wrinklers arguing to each another about something that can be resolved if such arguments weren't taking place. Personally, I'm not one to argue with.

Then again, I watch Shango066 quite often, and he's based around Politics, as well as his hilarious form of Malapropism that I take a liking to. I also managed to watch part of one of the Debates before my mother called us up for dinner. So I guess the reality is, I don't mind Politics all that much. And I bet you, there's a good reason why Politics exist :rolleyes:

I have had many Local & Provincial as well as a few Federal Parliament Members in my Family off and on for Decades and many of them were not "a bunch of old wrinklers" some were quite young but ya I know what you mean:)

when you were his age you might have agreed that anyone over 30 was ancient. Also he's in the US, have a gander at the average age of our national-level politicians.

and on that note I'll get away from this verboten topic.

Disco. Its easy to complain about but if you listen through it, lots of it had some fantastic bass guitar work. Its also honestly kind of fun, its just not the kind of thing you want to get caught listening to.
 
One of my favorite pastimes is complaining about the amount of work I have to do.

It's either "OMG how do they expect me to get ALL OF THIS done on such short notice?"

or

"OMG there's NOTHING TO DO they're going to fire me any day now!"

Fortunately the wife is a patient and reassuring soul.
 
Value orientated topics/issues that tend to polarize POV's where bias tends to rule out objectivity and subjectivity rules.

Based on the above situations, I think the reading of "Desiderata" might help some.
