What Is Going On With Sansui Prices?

I have a AU517/TU517 should I get the tuner for the AU719 our use my TU517 and do I sell the AU517 or keep it, great amp and never gives me trouble.:yes:

It's against the rules to sell a Sansui.

The guy I got the sansui from is very knowledgeable about audio gear. He determined $225 FMV in the real world.

I paid $25 more just for a Dynaco st-70, so I feel $225 was a good price.

Could be some sort of snowball event?

Could have started of with one scammer paying WAY over the odds for an item because he knows paypal will give him a refund..then people see on ebay`s completed listings the price it sold for-that drives up prices even more..then things snowball.

In reality i know thats very far fetched-sansui recievers are very very nice (owned a 9090) but its not out of the realms of possibility.

There will come a point..and vintage gear will plummet too very cheap again, give it 10/20 years and i believe this stuff will be dirt cheap.
