What pickup for my SL-1710 MK2?

Hi everyone!

I'm quite new here and looking to replace the pickup on my fathers old Technics SL-1710 MK2 turntable. I've been recommended the Ortofon 2m red. This is in my budget and looks to be what im looking for.

My question to you is: will this fit my turntable? It is the standard tonearm.

As much as i like the 2M red I have to tell you I didn't like it on my 1700MKII table. You might want to consider a nagaoka MP110.
