I've been playing John Mayall most of the day. My second favorite album, after the Bluesbreakers album is this one from early 1968, which is now spinning: This is the album that was being recorded when drummer Keef Hartley quit the band.

My wife wanted to listen to this classic album that had the misfortune to have been released on Nov. 22, 1963. We've already listened to this delightful collection a couple times. She also had me pull out the Beachboys Christmas album, which is also a delight.
