What would be the 'best' Sansui amplifier for sound quality?

Help with sansui au-u 907dr replacement transistors part numbers original part #lapt2 npn and lapt 2 pnp thank you.

There has been much written here of the alpha series 907 variants, mostly of the MR and NRA. Can anyone speak intelligently of the a907dr? In what way does this differ from the MR and NRA? Do these suffixes actually stand for anything. I imagine MOS stands for mosfet.
 
MOS is definitely a designator of a MOSFET output stage. I cannot speak to the significance of the other suffixes used during the late alpha period, as I've never seen anything that even speculates on what they may mean. Obviously, the II (Roman numeral 2) suffix designates a second revised "edition" of a design.
