I'm suspecting nothing is actually different between the drivers, except for the manufacturing date...\
My main interest is why does all but a pair have "rings" surrounding the tweeter. does that give it any advantage?
Also, I recently picked up a great condition Minimus 7W...(I love them). Does the wood casing better than the metal ones? (I haven't had the time to test them because I keep on forgetting to test them.)

I also just realized there is a woofer missing... (I now have 5½ pairs of Realistic Minimus 7)..
