Where can I get this binding post screw?

I'm missing one of the binding post screws from my Infinity Modulus satellites. Thread is 1/4-28. Looking on Amazon, none of the binding post listings give the thread size of the insert screw (although some mention the screw on the bottom). Anyone know if this is a standard size? I would assume that all newer ones are metric. Or do you know of any binding posts that have an insert that would fit this? I'd prefer not to have to replace the posts.

the diagram for those shows them being metric



i have a few extras that are almost identical but i don't think metric will work for him.
