Where is fuse? Triode Corp trv 4se preamp

image.jpg my preamp started to light and then went blank. The manual says check fuse(s). But there is no obvious fuse. I follow the power source and see nothing except a yellow square on the power switch labeled DAIN. Is that the fuse?
Any help appreciated.
