Where to purchase proper capacitors for re-cap

Looking to recap my Allied 399 (aka Pioneer SX100Ta) and I have schematics and parts list. If I'm reading this correctly, the power supply caps are 1000uf/100V, but when I search online I see caps that seem considerably smaller in size than what is presently in the unit. Maybe I'm looking at them wrong, or not searching for the right product.

I believe that C7 and 8 are the power supply caps? If so, what's a good resource for these? And what are C19 and 20?

Consider Arrow.com. The do free Fedex overnight on most items. Haven't done a direct price compare on items from Mouser or Digikey, but the prices have seemed reasonable.

C9, C10 looks like possibly 2 caps in one can. You may have room to replace them under the chassis rather than trying to find a double cap in the right size.

Also, you can use a higher VOLTAGE cap for those can caps if it makes it more convenient than using foam or cork to fit smaller caps into the capacitor clamps.

C19,20 may be output coupling caps to block DC from reaching the speakers. You can tell because the leads coming off of them may go directly to the speaker outputs on the rear of the receiver.

I discovered in old equipment they'll throw in bipolar caps and the schematic will say polarized. I always look for a BP on the cap or missing polarity markings. Those caps are usually in the audio path. I replace bipolars with film caps if they'll fit. I've never seen a bipolar cap on a power rail

^ Yep. I always check the actual parts used in the unit before ordering. Production changes happen in the real world. Unless it's obvious that parts have been replaced, go with the values used by the manufacturer in your specific unit.

I’ve found on what I bought that arrow was just a tad less and you have next day free. It’s awesome.

Arrow is great if they send you the right parts. If not their customer service is terrible. They've sent me the wrong parts and incomplete parts numerous times. They don't like giving refunds and I have to use Paypal to get my money back. Also every claim I had to escalate because they never responded so it took a month to get a refund
