Which amp with which speakers?

I have a Marantz 2385 receiver that I've been using with my Ads 810 speakers, sounds really good. I recently acquired a Yamaha ca 2010 amp that I was going to pair with some ads m15 speakers. I downloaded the owners manual from AK's database and it says to use the Yamaha with 8ohm or 16ohm speakers and the m15's are 4 ohm. I think the 810's are 4 ohm also but I suspect they are more efficient . Should I use the Marantz with the m15's and the Yamaha with the 810's? Or does it matter?

The service manual lists a 4ohm output of 140wpc in class B mode.

It is not recommended to use the class A mode with less than an 8 ohm speaker. Excessive heat may damage the unit if 4ohm speakers are used in class A mode.

The Marantz is a bit more forgiving as it does not have a dedicated class A mode but still keep an eye on how warm the unit may get.

Additionally NEVER SWITCH BETWEEN CLASS "A" AND NORMAL MODES WITH THE UNIT POWERED. Bad, expensive and potentially irreversible damage may result.
