Which cartridge for digitizing LPs

I plan on digitizing some of my hard to find LPs. Was wondering about which would be the better cartridge to use. Here's a list of the carts I have. Recommendations appreciated.

Audio Technica AT912SA cart Shibata stylus(came with) or EVG 629-DE (.2 x .7) 1.5gm VTF

Shure M70EJ cart EV 768-DE (.4 x .7) 2gm VTF

Audio Technica MG200E cart EVG 629-DE (.2 x .7) 2gm VTF

Audio Technica AT95E cart ATN95E (.4 x .7) 2gm VTF

I've had good luck with the AT95E. I actually upgraded mine with a 3x7 JICO stylus I bought from Turntable Needles.

I know a pro recording engineer who does digitized vinyl restoration whom I *believe* uses a Stanton 680.

Is there one you like better than the others? Use that one. I find that record condition is the major determining factor in choosing the stylus profile to use. A narrow profile is great for near perfect records. A wide profile reduces noise and pickup of imperfections to some degree so I use those on worn records or those with some handling damage. Beyond that there is the preference for "house sound". And sometimes a particular house sound mates well with a particular recording, or not. You can't know until you try it for yourself. To narrow it down, I'd probably choose the AT with Shibata and one of the Pickering.
