Which Grado is this?

I have a Grado M+ which is brown plastic on a gold body. I have looked and not found info on this particular cartridge. I was wondering what the quality of this cartridge is and what stylus to get for it. Where in the Grado line does this cartridge fall.

Says the M+ uses the Silver stylus.
