which low budget tape deck?

New low budget tape deck, cassette deck

Denon DRW-580 (double),Denon DR-M22 (looks very good with the valnut side panels) 30+ year old,Technics RS-TR255 (double),Technics RS-B205 cheap,Sony TC-K361,JVC TD-X372,JVC, TD-V66 expensive when it was new,Kenwood Basic x1 looks like it was the most expensive kenwood made in 1985

Out of these tape decks,cassette deck what is recommendable?

Any time you are curious about a tape deck model, Hifiengine.com is your friend (at least when it comes to researching tech specs - these don't tell you the whole story, but will give you a good idea on how well a unit will perform).

In my opinion, you should avoid most dual-well/double decks, and most decks with auto-reverse. The best machines will typically offer 3 heads, dual capstans, and Dolby HX Pro in a single-well design. There are certainly some great machines out there that lack some of these features though (i.e - Nakamichi decks never had any HX Pro, and there are very good single capstan machines out there. Some great 2-head units as well).

Out of what you listed, the best two are going to be either the Denon DR-M22 or the JVC TD-V66. Both are quality 3 head machines that were not inexpensive when new.
 
I found a Onkyo TA-6510 for 60 euro with delivery and bought it

Update there was something wrong with the tape deck so i got my money back before he sent it

There are also boomboxes with manual record levels to consider too from the early 80's but these were only on decent boomboxes, some with only 1 knob for both channels and the better ones with 2 knobs for separate left and right channels. Sharp GF-767 and GF-777 were good examples of the former and latter.
 
I have two, JVC TD 66s decks (I had 3-sold one). They are good 3head decks, discreet heads, built like tanks. I can recommend them. The only issue I have seen with them is the auto-bias tends to jump around if they haven't been used in a while. Mine seems to steady down after being used,
