Hi.
Im thinking of getting the Klipsch Reference 5.1.4 surround speakers and nok im looking at a few receivers but sonet know which one to get.
Im looking at the Yamaha TSR-700 7.2 surround receiver.
And the Sony STR-DH790 - 7.2.
The yamaha is nice because it has a bunch of features like google assistance.
But I don't know if there are other facts that I just don't know because im new to this.

Thanks in advance.

yamaha gets my vote
i have the rx-v6a its been problem free, its almost identical to the tsr 700

Both are comparable, and you can just pick the one that offers the features that you think you'll use. Why not look at the Yamaha RX-V6A or Sony STR-AN1000 which are a step above what you're looking at and are current models in their lines? And both are currently on sale for around $300 off msrp. For what it's worth, I place Marantz A/V receivers higher than both Yamaha and Sony, but they cost more money.

I can't help it, I've tried, but I get frustrated by little things that shouldn't bother me..

How many times should one ask the same question, without listening to answers..?
Or at least keep the questions in one thread..
I understand the reason for questions, especially since several don't have only one answer, but.. are we there yet.? are we there yet..? are we there yet...?

Yeah, we see it quite often. But we have to realize that some posters can have little to no experience with home theater or other aspects of audio and are apprehensive to spend money on something that they're unfamiliar with. That's one of the biggest reasons that I recommend new products to people like that. They can buy and try those products in their home with the option of returning them if they don't impress them. It's better than totally relying on internet opinions that can ultimately lead to buyer's remorse.

Okay i ask questions but if you would look at the post i have taken the info I got from the one before and asked the next question like from one i got the speakers that I have chosen but since i have no experience with audio i would like to get help and get the best for the buck.

You took the first step by choosing a decent speaker system. Both of your receiver possibles shouldn't have any issue driving them but I'm not sure that they will provide Dolby Atmos to all four of your satellite speakers. As long as you can return for a refund, you're in a position to try a few to see if you can hear a difference and play with the different features. It just takes some time and patience.
