i remember my friend called me who knew nothing about hifi and said some guy has these speakers that retail for $3000 and only wanted $100 for them. i told him i would look them up on ebay real quick to see what they are, as soon as my buddy asked the guy what the brand and model was so i can look up the model he got pissed and drove off really fast! lol that was hilarious.

also remember when my brother in law came home with some speakers he bought from some guy in a van for $100, he kept telling me how much of a deal he got, still to this day i cant find it in me to tell him they are the worst speakers in the world, he still uses them after 10 years!! lol he also STILL TO THIS DAY talks about that day he got the deal of a lifetime, i swear!

There's a sucker born every minute, so someone may buy that piece of junk at that price. The creep selling it has no integrity. This reminds me of a guy from a Middle Eastern country I used to work with years ago. One day he asked me "Why are people in this country allowed to behave so poorly? In my country, these people are to be killed." Some people would believe that statement to be extreme, but I can see where some people wouldn't. Personally, I think at the very least, that seller should get the Singapore cane treatment.

Most likely just a kid judging by his description of the product, I myself wasnt too sharp when I was young, back in those days White van speakers didnt exist except for magazine ordering. Amazingly today some of those products are considered (vintage Quality gear) no matter how bad they sound.
