Hey all, so I recently picked up a pair of "Acoustic Reference" speakers (they were free on craigslist - so they were worth it, even for white van speakers). Anyway, the white van scheme seems pretty pervasive - so much so that there is even a wikipedia about it. It lists every "brand" of white van speakers as well as parent "companies". It seems well researched and has good sources. Thought it might be a good idea to share this info. It also mentions the safety issues found in certain brands (fires, etc).

Well done scoot, a fine public service esp. for newer members who may not have heard the news. Once in awhile this comes around and we have a thread on it.
