It's out there if you look. Seems like every week I find a really good artist/band that I like. Very often it's come from one of AK's playlists. This place has some of the most eclectic listeners on the planet. You know who you are :thmbsp:

In that spirit I would like to start a thread about relatively new or unknown artists and their work. Please post a link to a song or video to share. Consider this a musical education thread :music:

Anybody who believes that no good music is still being made needs to listen to a college radio station or "adult album alternative" station like WXRT.

There's plenty of great new bands I could list, though one that I doubt will be mentioned is Wilsen. I actually came to hear of them when I saw them open for Sixto Rodriquez.
 
That's real pretty music, sax. Bandcamp is an excellent source for new music. Thanks for sharing.

Cool stuff loop, sounds like it's straight outta '65. Never heard of them before and youtube has a ton of their stuff.
 
There is a lot of good music out there, problem is finding it. Rival Sons is a good band. Black stone cherry are good. The latest from Buddy Guy & Robin Trower are both really good. Scorpion Child another good band sound a little like Uriah Heep. Speaking of the Heep their latest is good also. There is good music out there , you just wont hear it on the radio.
