PlaceholderClub is a group that organizes monthly DJ/Clubing events in VRChat, a social game you experience and interact with through a VR headset. Completely run by volunteers and donations.
An event looks like this:
But we also organize events in real life, in collaboration with festivals we provide a stage to DJs and musicians who normally or largely alone perform in VR.
To give everyone the experience of playing for a larger and more open audience.
WHSPRS, a musician who has performed a lot in the virtual and real world, also had a concert with us.
I made a multicam concert video of this, which has since premiered.
As media manager, I worked with dozens of other people on this production, but of course this would never have been possible without the entire PHC team.
