Why Capitalize Every First Letter?

So if a bunch of people are drinking beer out of plastic glasses, could you call them plastics?

It's becoming very common here for the bag-fillers at supermarkets to ask: "Do you want a plastic?"
To which I always reply:"A plastic bag? No thank you."

Aplastic is a type of anaemia. (And I contest strongly that there is any such disease as 'anemia'.)

Correct grammar is not only polite it is a proper sign of fine etiquette. It is a reflection of one's intelligence and proper upbringing.

I often use it in the Title line of forum posts, but only there. As one would title a paper or a chapter, or, as you said, a newspaper headline.

I use it in ID3 tags and lists of albums and tracks but nowhere else.
