Will a 6414 tube sub for a 12AT7?

Was looking through my tube inventory and see that I bought 4 of these 6414 tubes nearly 10 years ago. Don't recall ever using them in anything. My note says they are a tall bottle 12AT7, but am not sure they are a direct sub for a 12AT7. Looking for input on that???

Similar - closer to a 12AV7. Mu of 40 vs 60 for 12AT7. I've heard they tend to be microphonic, though 12AT7s are seldom used in low-level stages where it would matter most.
