I don't know Allisons, but in general:
Does the appearance match, and do the numbers match on the back?
Both speakers the same nominal impedance rating?

I don't think it will. Even if the tweeters are interchangeable between the Two and the Four (and I'm not sure if they are or not), these are designed for the earlier systems that had connection posts for the midrange and tweeter on the front of the baffle. I believe yours had the later version with terminals on the back.
Take a look at this item to see the difference (that one's damaged so I wouldn't buy it even if it is the correct model)
ETA: based on completed auctions, it looks like different tweeters are used for the two way and three way systems. The Allison:One, Two and Three are all three-way speakers, so you'll need to keep looking.
ETA2: There's a Yahoo group dedicated to Allison speakers. It's active and the users are pretty knowledgeable. Roy Allison himself was a member back when he was alive. You might want to ask there about the best way to get a replacement tweeter for your Fours.

So you're asking if the Allison 2 tweeter in the original post would work in the Allison Model 5? I don't know, just making sure what the question is.

the org. post is for allison 4.no 2 wont work in 4 but i understand 5 will work in 4.not that i can find any.
