How many hours on the new tip now and have you noticed any change in sound as it’s breaking in? I imagine it’s getting even smoother…
Questions for folks who own and have played with the wood body Grado cartridges -
What is it that you like most about your Grado “woody” and have they been reliable with good build quality? Not counting Opus3, which sounded the best to you? Without getting into the most expensive “statement” models, which woody Grados seem to be a good value (aside from Opus3)?
For those who dislike Grado woody cartridges - what did you not like about them? Was the sound not to your liking or build quality poor? Did it fall apart?
I want to love their made in USA cartridges but wonder just why they aren’t more popular. Please talk about those Grados…

they are pretty nice. I had one a number of years ago. Very musical. But as @cafe latte mentioned, lots of improvements have been made since that era.
Controlling resonance is one of the key factors many of the new carts are trying to accomplish.

About 40hrs, and sure after the first side it really settled into itself with a tiny bit more air, tighter bass, with more bloom in the midrange after the first 1/2 dozen albums maybe, but really it was outstanding right from the first drop of the needle.
Keeping the stylus clean and running clean vinyl it's been my experience extends the life of the stylus to its maximum. The OEM stylus had some extended mileage when it was taken out by the cleaning lady, Joseph said it was in need of replacement anyway but not excessively worn. So it really wasn't the tragedy it would have been if a new stylus.
I've recommended this here before, I keep a bottle at each table and give the stylus a swipe before each side, my MO for decades
