Woodcase ID?

I picked up this woodcase at a local vintage shop, but can't manage to ID what component it belongs to.

The dimensions are 16" x 6.5". Diagonal is 17".

Edit: first thought was Marantz, but it doesn't match the WC-22. Doesn't look much like a Pioneer, either, as it has four sides.

Looks like a Sansui case. Maybe a 4000?:scratch2:

Some edges were beveled on the front edge like the one in your picture.
