The problem is I bet he didn't not pay for them at least not the full price because if he bought them for any where neer the full price they where prob worth b4 he got them then he wouldn't have destroyed them

I watched the first video, but have a hard time understanding the concept behind the 'see what my system will do' videos. If one's only measure of quality is speaker excursion, well, that says quite a bit in and of itself.

Someday, in probably not the too terribly distant future a pair of abused Polks will pop up on that auction site or on CL, or perhaps on a curb somewhere.

I got my first pair of CV's when I just turned 17 and I still have them to day in the same shape as I got them in and those are only CV's lol if I had a set of polks id make a ****ing shrine out of them :P and I am only 18

If you just watch the first one it will make you cringe just watch like 15 secs and you will get the feel for all the other videos
 
well, the guy who posted the vid responded to my comment, saying that he sold them to a "collector", and apparently he didn't ruin them.

probably close though.

I hope he isn't BSing, and he did move them on to someone who will appreciate them.
 
the only thing that bothers me, is the fact someone thinks over driven and distended drivers sound good... I just don't understand why kids think distortion like that is good????
