Worth It? Pioneer sx 1050 on craigslist

Looks like at least one knob is missing or broken off. Seems a bit much for a fixer upper.

According to that picture it looks like the shaft is completely busted off. That may be one hell of a time consuming job. Also, according to ebay the completed price listings vary from 300 to roughly 600 with the ones being sold at 600 offering warranties and refunds.

So yeah, a bit steep IMO

Then again I forget if the pioneer knobs pushed into the socket or if the shaft was extruded, so I am not 100% on that one.

That's one of the bass controls sheared off. His ebay ads suck. He does not state that the receiver works. Approach with caution.
