The only foam you should need would be around the plate that the tweeters mount with. Oh, and the original grille foam will be dust by now. L100 Century woofers do not have foam surrounds.

$200 lets you check them out without any $ loss, if they're in good shape they should re-sell for over $300. Get the grille frames, if the owner has them.
