Wow!!! This guy has some very nice stuff. I wonder where he got it all.

[Tower Boss]

I have no clue, but there are 5 Pioneer SX-1980's in that one stack! :sigh:

[Sir.Byrd]

Too bad about that music.

I would love to have just one of those receivers.

[volumeon12]

Some awesome gear in there, maybe he should sell some of it off,and buy a decent camera, and some lessons at film school.

[similost]

Now we know where all the Kabuki speakers went..

[whoaru99]

Lol. :thmbsp:

Heck, at least some of it's even hooked up.

[Face]

With everything playing at once, I'm sure it sounds great. :thumbsdn:

He says in the comments that he is the original owner for all of it. Which begs the question- how did somebody so crazy make so much money?

[montecarlossfan]

Wow this guy doesn't know how to treat a receiver lol...It's not made for that kind of music lol

[dspear99ca]

The whole room is probably surrounded by a water jacket heat exchanger... that's how he must heat his house. The actual sound is probably from a Yorx boombox hidden behind one of the speaker stacks. Running on batteries 'cuz his 100A panel is maxed out running his techno-space-heater.

[zenith2134]

Holy crap! Nice gear but I'll pass on the speakers.....

[SoCal Sam]

Hey T.B.: Get your G33K yet?

And what the heck would one person do with five SX-1980s?

[whoaru99]

I know what I'd be doing with five SX-1980s. Chi-ching...chi-ching....

That way they wouldn't be left to my stereo ignorant relatives who would probably do something silly and put them on the curb or sell them for $5 each at a garage sale.

No kidding. Close to $8000 right there in those 1980's. Good thing this guy doesn't have his address public.

[JohnVF]

Having owned a similar pair of speakers (Sansui Sp-x9900) I can say he's into all this stuff for some reason other than sonic enjoyment .

[Tmac83]

Too bad about the music....nice gear...not crazy about the speakers either

[lha1992]

Those receivers were not built for that music.

I would love to have one of those pioneers or maybe that kenwood.
