First could walking into a Phone store and trying to get your account changed and a new phone be any more complicated?

Second I got a new Samsung Stratosphere Smart Phone Android way of thinking.

I like it and it's driving me crazy.

Steep learning curve.

Mark, you should have opted for this model. Very little learning curve and never needs charging.

I just got the HTC EVO 4G Slide the other day... I gotta say I feel the same way. I love it but it will be forever before I figure everything out on it. My last phone was a windows based phone so while it was a smart phone it didn't do apps. This one is a whole new world for me (but a whole new world I like...).
