I just looked at the pic again.... don't the cabinets look hideously small for an 18?

Looks to me like the magnet would be scraping the back inside of the cab.....

Selling 2 Sony 4way speakers, Excellent sounding speakers. These speakers come apart for easy traveling. Cabinets are in very good condition. These speakers are the same but one is a SS-S890WR, the other is a SS-S890. I recently installed new 18" pro woofer speaker on both cabinets. works great. I will also include the original 18" woofer speakers incase you want to put them back to orginal set-up and look.

here is what i know about the sony speakers

each speaker weights about 50 to 60 pounds but because they split in the middle, it makes it much easier to transport..
