Must not have been room in the listing for this sentence:

"All drivers have been replaced with the cheapest possible drivers from the car audio section at the surplus store. Does not affect the sound."

And are those bullet holes in the front?

There is a saying "One man's junk is another man's treasure" but in this case I would say "One man's junk is- well... JUNK!"

Seeing that bullet hole does make me think of one thing they would be good for- TARGET PRACTICE! Those would be fun as hades to shoot up! :uzi:

Well, They certainly are drawing the right kind of money.

Jim

Elroy is correct- the bass reflex on those moon hubcaps is amazing- as anyone who has rolled them down the street can attest.

From one of his other auctions:

SIGNED & NUMBERED 406/500 PABLO PICASSO DOMAINE LITHOGRAPH COLLECTION

ACTUALLY I MADE A HEFY INVESTMENT ON 2 PABLO PICASSO LITHOGRAPHS. UNFORTUNATELY WHEN THEY DON’T MATCH MY DÉCOR.

Wonder why he's getting rid of his speakers then?

as i recall, it gets right cold out Omaha way, epi...that looks like about 2/3 of a buck of kindling to me...would have to dig the .22LR rounds out of the stove after they were burnt though...that "woofer" has my trigger finger itchin'...make that .22-250 :lmao:

Look like reversed baby moon hub caps to me! He's absolutely right though... They are a rare pair of pioneers speakers! I don't think there is another pair like them on the planet.

Ultimate ghetto speakers, giant car subwoofers and bulletholes in a Pioneer cab, they ought to be in a movie. :)
