I'm always squawking about the crazy weather here, and if you don't like it just wait an hour. Well, here it is in print.
National Weather Service Confirms Wyoming Experienced All Four Seasons Between 9 a.m. and Noon
CASPER, WY - The National Weather Service confirmed Tuesday that large portions of Wyoming experienced all four seasons in a single three-hour period, an event meteorologists described as “annoying, but expected.”
According to weather data, temperatures began the morning below freezing with snow, transitioned into sunshine and melting by mid-morning, warmed enough to create mud shortly after, and concluded with high winds that made all previous preparation pointless.
“This is a textbook Wyoming pattern,” a meteorologist said. “If you didn’t like one of the seasons, don’t worry it only lasted about 45 minutes.”
Residents reported leaving home dressed for winter, briefly feeling overdressed, then immediately regretting every clothing choice made earlier in the day.
The weather service advised residents to continue dressing in layers, emotionally detaching from forecasts, and accepting that plans made before 10 a.m. are subject to change.
At press time, forecasters confirmed conditions would “do something else” by evening.
