purchased a set of Heathkit ua-1 monoblocks from x3workshop recently. Amps were expertly packed, shipped very quickly, and communication was wonderful! One amp did not function upon arrival, a solder joint had become loose during transit despite the bombproof packaging. X3 offered a full refund and advised on where to look for the problem if inclined. Quickly found the loose wire, soldered her up and have a beautiful sounding, wonderfully restored set of amplifiers!
Thank you X3!
