Yamaha AV-65 vs Luxman R-105

Hi guys, I am looking at buying one of these two units. The Yamaha has twice the power but the Luxman seems to have a bit more prestige. Luxman has a tuner but I don't need that. It will be used with either B&W DM302, Klipsch RB-5, or DCM CX-17. Any advice?
