Thanks for the welcome. Do you think B2 would feed these uneaten boxes? Thanks Pavel

You have to remember that the speaker impedances shown in the brochures, etc. are nominal values or average values if you will. In reality, many speakers have dips and peaks in their frequency response, sometimes well above or below that nominal value. Things get risky if the dip in response goes too low. In your case, a low impedance of 3.2Ω at around 120Hz should be tolerable, but please don’t go pumping high power continuously especially when a B-2 is involved … not worth the risk. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Personally, I’d never connect anything lower than 6Ω to my B-2. Call me too careful but hey, better safe than sorry.

Yes, thank you, I needed to know how the V-fet behaves at 4ohm and below.
I have the option to buy a B2 for $2199 so it's not worth it to me.
What would you advise me from Yamaha.Something around 2x200W 8Ohm.To these boxes. Thanks Pavel

Almost any decent power amp you choose is going to face the same risk. I don’t think the Vulkans you’re considering are poor speakers at all, and most certainly they’ll work fine with any amp you choose. However, B-2 isn’t just any amp, and every risk no matter how small must be averted in using one. Please also note that this is all my thinking on the issue, others may have different takes. In all honesty, you’ll probably be fine with your present choice anyway, but the constantly risk-assessing RF engineer in me keeps worrying.

If it were me, I’d try to find other excellent speakers that worked safely with a B-2 rather than the other way around. This is just my opinion and how I’d do it. I recommend, for example, Dali line of speakers (Rubikore, Oberon series, etc. https://www.dali-speakers.com/ ) with a B-2 … you can’t go wrong with that kind of combination … I get excited only thinking about it, LOL.

Note: Not affiliated in any way with Dali company, only use them privately.

Hello after a long time.
What's new: I bought a Yamaha MX-1 CX-2 from the first owner, never repaired.
In the course of the week, I will drive about 500 km to Bavaria for her.
Perfect for my speakers.
I'll get back to you soon when I get it home.
Best regards, Pavel
