Yamaha CA 2010 Y-K100 ic replacement

Hi all,

There is a fault with the Y-K100 ic on the left amplifier of my CA 2010. No replacement part available in the UK I don't think.

Could anyone tell me what I can use to replace the Y-K100 IC? Many thanks for any replies.

Would a matched pair of 2sk170bl be fine?

Hi,
A matched pair of 2SK170BL or V rank are probably the closest option.
I think you shold post this in the Yamaha sub-forum, they are the best to answer what options you could use.

You can replace it with 2SK109A-xxE, or -xxD, but preselected to Idss of 5-6mA.
Another replacement will be 2SK270-V, or -BL, and then 2SK270A-V...
And even 2SK389-BL, or -V, you will have to bend the leads a little...
