:scratch2: Blue,gray and violet wires from the electrolytic board to the tone control board. Theres not much in that circuitry to go bad.

Turns out I used an NPN transistor instead of a PNP for TR221... Facepalm.

So both relay issues were caused by bad relay drivers, and first I got them backward, then got the type of this one reversed. Guess that day wasn't my day. But it is working now.
