This will not be necessary if you can properly adjust the bias at the correct test points.
Which is 9-11 mv .. Target is 10mv.

No.. Your red probe should be in the VΩHz°F port. Your measuring Millivolts... Not milliamps

The function/range selector is fine.

about to order a few items from Mouser and this item may well need a replacement.
Do you happen to know the ideal replacement?

On power supply board 1 its R725 and labelled IP 15
It’s the red one on the left and it’s twin is on the right hand side of the photo.
