Hey everyone, apologies for the radio silence on this one. Life got in the way for a little while, but I'm happy to report I did finally solve the problem! I'm un-happy to report however, it was a complete user error on my part.
I would like to extend a deep thank you to everyone who contributed to help me solve the problem. While it did end up being a careless mistake I had made while re-assembling the amplifier section after re-capping it, the situation did force me to do some research on amplifier topology and I did learn a lot in the process!
