Good day AK,
Hopefully I'm posting this in the right spot. I recently picked up a CR-420 and it is working wonderfully, the only thing I can find on it that isn't quite right is the position of the tuner pointer. It reads about 0.3 Mhz high (shifted to the right)
It gets perfectly clear stereo reception and pulls in stations much further away than any of my other receivers, so I don't want to do anything that will mess it up. When the dial is moved to the extreme ends, it goes a little further on one side than it does on the other, and the AM dial is off by the exact same distance as the FM dial, so I think it is just a matter of the physical position of the pointer.
So my question: is there a relatively easy way to just move/adjust the position of the pointer without affecting anything else?
Any and all advice appreciated.
