Yamaha CR-620 or 420 works as an amp, right?

I have a Yamaha YPD6 that run through a shitty rolls vp29 preamp, and want to upgrade. I was looking at this Yamaha CA 410/610 that a local record shop has at 410:150$ and 610:175$. Saw a forum online that had someone who bought both a CA 410 and a CR610 and people in the comments said the 410 was completely unnecessary because the 610 does exactly what the 410 does just has a tuner. Was wondering if this was true, because I’ve been eyeing the 620 at the shop for a while now, I believe it’s being sold for 200$. He also has a cr 410 for 175 or 150$? Can I use the CR610 or 410 as an amp for my turntable without the need for any other sort of pre or power amp? Thanks In advance

CA=integrated amp (amp and preamp in one box
CR=receiver (amp, preamp and tuner in one box)

Either one will work fine for your turntable.

CR-620 is a sweet receiver with enough power for most needs.
CA-410/610 I have no experience with.

Acid Might want to review the AK rules. One thread for one topic. Not two or more threads for the same topic.;)
