Yamaha CR-620 value in a trade??

I known a CR-620 owned by an audiophile, who wants to trade for a guitar amp. I am thinking the Yamaha to be worth about $35-45? So, we are looking at trading for a transistor practice amp, not a blackface Fender Twin. Does that seem about right?

$50 tops, but that's just me....

I think $50 tops is about right.It is a nice unit,I have one but they seem to very plentiful.
