Yamaha CX-600U Relay Switch

Hello folks,

I am in need of a replacement relay switch for a Yamaha Preamp, CX-600U. The relay switch is marked in the manual as DG12D1-0(M), and I need to find a replacement part.

There are 4 pins below, and they are in a modified rectangular pattern, with one pin moved slightly closer in so that the relay cannot be installed in a reverse position.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone knows of a suitable replacement part.

An Omron G5PA-1-H DC12 worked perfectly in my CX-600 but they are no longer available.

I'm attaching the datasheet pdf here in case it's useful. It shows the pin position measurements at least.

There is an ebay listing selling 5 pieces of them, last I read posting ebay links directly here is frowned upon but if you use "5 Pieces | G5PA1H DC12 Relay 12VDC 10A SPST-NO (24x10x25)mm" as your ebay search you will find them.

I'm seeing the G2R-1A-E-DC12 being shown as the replacement for the GP5A but the pin positions don't match.

The datesheet is too large to post here but can be downloaded from the Mouser link.

In a worse case situation one could mount one with wires to the pcb.

Or mount it "dead bug" style. Just make sure the contacts are capable of handling mains voltage.

Hi Gents I'm working on a Yamaha cx600u and need the value resistor r403 which was replaced by a previous repair but I think it is the wrong value. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

R403 should be 15k ohms 1/4w.
